GRODAN - Sheet of 240 rockwool cubes - 36x36x40mm

A hydroponic medium par excellence, used in professional horticulture (inexpensive, reusable and sterile), rockwool has long been a tried-and-tested substrate:

• optimal oxygenation at root level;
• good water and nutrient retention;
• anti-rot property;
• avoids transplant shock (cubes fit into each other).

Nevertheless, rockwool requires a few precautions when used, especially when dry: masks and gloves are recommended, as it is irritating to the skin and respiratory tract; when damp, it remains harmless.

Presentation: cubes 4x4 cm in diameter, sold 240-strong on a divisible plastic tray (for germination and cuttings).
