The 2nd generation of Master Controllers are not only safe and precis but are now also equipped with fan control intelligence based on the PID algorithm.
Intelligent PID fan control: PID control reduces temperature fluctuations and is also self-learning. The result is a stable temperature in your grow room and a quieter fan.
0-10V EC Fan Control: Modern EC fans have a much wider control range while maintaining power, torque and static pressure and consume much less energy. With this smart little controller, you can control your exhaust and intake fans for greater precision and net noise reduction, with better performance.
Memory: All Master controllers use reliable, non-volatile memory to store user settings.
Logging: All Master controllers now have logging functions for high/low temperature, last auto reduction event, last shutdown event and last power failure, including the date and time of the event.
Separate sunrise/sunset control: Define different periods for sunrise and sunset
Independent cycles on EL2 models: These cycles allow you to program two different overlapping cycles (for example, a 12/12 on channel 1 and an 18/6 on channel 2).
Independent Programmable External Contactor Modules (ECMs ): In EL2 generation 2 controllers, you can now choose whether they turn on or off and which channel they follow. The results? Flexible integration and automation.
Easier: The main controllers are extremely easy to configure. The two-line green OLED display is crisp and easy to read, even in a bright environment, and all menu items are plain text. The 4-button operation of the menu system is intuitive. A special fifth button is added to directly set the output of your devices. Red and blue LEDs show you the output status of your controller's ports and give you a quick overview of any errors.
The wiring system is plug-and-play with all the cables you need already included with each e-series device. You can find more information on how to connect your devices to our controller here: Single Bus vs. Repeater Bus. The manual describes how to create custom cables for all lengths. Control cables of different lengths are available as original accessories Gavita.
The controller is easy to mount with the supplied bracket. You only need two screws to install it and the controller snaps into place. This gives you easy access to the wiring at the bottom of the controller.
Safer: The most important and popular features of the master controller are the temperature safety features. Your lights will automatically dim when your climate control can no longer maintain the correct temperature. Or even turn off your lights when a maximum temperature is reached. These features have already saved many crops!
The control signal is a safe, analog, low voltage signal, and the controller is protected against signal shortcuts in the wiring. Wiring errors will not kill your controller.
Finally, the EL2F offers alarm contacts (NO and NC) to seamlessly integrate your controller with your alarm and monitoring systems. In the event of a disaster (power failure, emergency shutdown or sensor failure), the alarm contacts switch to alert you to the need for action.
More flexible: Whether you're controlling two devices or 1000, the main controller will do the job. As standard, each output channel can control 40 devices (Single Bus e-series) up to 500 devices (Repeater Bus e-series), without adding booster modules.
The EL2F has even more features. In addition to the dual output ports, you can connect our ECM units that allow you to switch auxiliary equipment, such as CO2 units and heaters, during on/off times.
We offer a wide range of original accessories Gavitawe offer a wide range of original accessories, from a booster to expand the number of single-bus e-series units with 200 units each, to cables, splitters and long-wire temperature sensors.
More beautiful: The anodized aluminum extrusion housing is robust and compact. No more standard gray plastic installation boxes with cluttered buttons and lights. The controller is compact, clean, and some even find it sexy.
