The complete fittings of the DimLux Expert series are equipped with a 230 V connection. Thanks to the soft-start function, the inrush current is very low. The system has a dimmer with 7 steps and a soft-off function, diagnostic LEDs and 15-20% overdrive. When the DimLux Expert series fitting is connected to the Maxi Controller, the ballast is continuously regulated and there is no inrush current.

The DimLux Xtreme ballast has the highest possible light output thanks to the booster technology in combination with the 400V control.
The DimLux Xtreme 600-400W is a ballast that is suitable for both 600W and 400W lamps, so there is no need to choose.
The Xtreme ballast is also available in a 600W EL UHF version. A 400V EL electronic lamp with a mains voltage of 230V is connected to this ballast. The combination of this DimLux Xtreme ballast and the GreenPower 400V EL plus bulb provides an unparalleled amount of light growth, comparable to a standard 750W system.
The Alpha Optics 98 reflector is designed with the Single Bounce Clear Sight (SBCS) principle and is equipped with Miro Silver mirrors. This provides the highest possible efficiency (98%) of any horticultural reflector available. In order to achieve better coverage and minimize losses through walls, the reflector is equipped with adjustable side reflectors. The open reflector design allows the bulb to be passively cooled, which promotes bulb life and efficiency. A 50mm connector on the reflector allows for active hot air extraction to significantly lower the ambient temperature.
In addition, separately available bracketed reflectors (extras) can be placed to further reduce losses through walls.

This option on the Alpha Optics 98 reflector allows for the highest possible light transmission rate: 99%. It is an ultra-transparent glass coated with an anti-reflection nano-coating in order to considerably lower the ambient temperature.
