What are the conditions of application of the refund offer ?

The price of the product corresponds to the public price including VAT displayed on the product sheet of the competitor's site and the shipping costs. This price excludes any particular promotional offer (discount code, gift certificate, promotion, private sale, sale or other). The offer is therefore valid on the final amount of the basket (product price + shipping costs).

Offer limited to the refund of one product (same reference) per household.

The refund of the difference is valid if the following conditions are met

- identical product: new product, same brand, same model, same packaging
- equivalent service conditions: warranty period, distributor warranty...
- identical conditions of provision of the article (remote sale only, similar mode of transport)
- availability of the article clearly indicated on the product sheet of the competing site.
- final price (including VAT) lower than the price charged by Culture Indoor
- price of a French website whose headquarters is located in France and which ships from France.

The offer does not take into account.

- The products of destocking, second-hand or sold
- The products sold on the sites of auctions and classified ads, the sites-vitrines and the sites of grouped purchases
- The deliveries except Metropolitan France
- The products sold and dispatched by our partners merchants
- The products sold at a loss (except period of sales)

What is the procedure to report a price difference?

If you find a cheaper product that meets all of the above conditions, your request must be reported within 48 hours of your purchase:

3. indicated the url address of the detailed product sheet on the competitor's site (and not on the home page of the site for example)

What are the terms of reimbursement?

If all the above conditions are met, and after expiration of your period of withdrawal, Culture Indoor undertakes to reimburse you the amount of the price difference in voucher on your customer account with a validity of one year
