Rockwool Cube Substrate
The rockwool cube is very practical and ideal for many horticultural growing systems.
The small size of the cubes allows for easy cuttings or seedlings to be repotted.
Rockwool is used by professionals as well as amateurs, rockwool cubes have the particularity of being cheap, reusable and sterile.
Advantages:
- Better oxygenation of the roots
- Good retention of water and therefore of nutrients
- Prevents rotting
- Practical for hydroponic systems like Ebb&Flow
When using dry rockwool, we recommend the use of a mask and gloves to avoid skin and respiratory tract irritation.
There are no special measures for the wet state.
