The Lounj shelter will help you tidy up thanks to its 8.50 m² ofusable space, secured by a key lock. As for the extension, it measures 7.80 m², which together with the shed makes a total usable area of 16.3 m². With its size, good looks and flat roof, the Lounj shelter will add a modern decorative touch to any garden.

The shelter is fitted with a door with opaline white plexiglass windows, and the roof is made of 16 mm solid wood battens covered with bituminous felt.

The material used for this Madeira is FSC-certified pine, proving its quality origin. The 28 mm thick planks fit together perfectly for greater durability of your shelter.

Our advice:

To optimize the lifespan of your garden shedwe advise you to treat it with a water-repellent product before assembly and to stain it afterwards to protect all areas that will become inaccessible once the shelter is assembled, then maintain it every 2 years.
Coloring is also possible, and will give your wooden shelter a personal touch.

Similarly, a good foundation will ensure the stability and durability of your shelter. Whatever covering you choose, it's important that the ground is levelled and compacted if necessary.
You can install it on a concrete slab, but it will need to be chamfered by 50mm to prevent rainwater penetration.
