How to grow mesclun ?

Soil maintenance : all types of soil. Work the soil 10 cm deep before sowing.

Exposure : sunny

Sowing : 0.5 cm deep in the ground, in a row.

Emergence: in 7 days.

Watering: daily watering. Keep the soil moist throughout the cultivation to obtain a lot of foliage and allow a better conservation after harvest. Leaves soften and plants go to seed if not watered sufficiently.

Harvest: harvest by cutting 3 cm above the ground so that it can grow back. You will harvest every 30 to 45 days on average

Preservation : a few days in a cool place, to prolong its conservation wash and spin it.
