Sowing and harvesting schedule:
Soil maintenance: before sowing, loosen the soil on 30 cm.

Sowing : at 3,5 cm depth in poquet of 2 to 3 seeds. Thin out to leave only one plant every 90 cm and 130 cm between rows, then hoe and weed. At the time of sowing or transplanting in the garden, put in the planting hole a mixture of compost and manure. You can even sow directly on a compost pile.

Harvesting: harvest in dry weather to ensure a better conservation.
Conservation: 3 to 8 months. An excess of nitrogenous fertilization hinders the conservation.
