Growing Guide
Soil care: light soil, tilled on the surface.
Sowing: at 1,5 cm of depth with the broadcast at a rate of 1g of seeds/m2, in very fine ground. To bury the seed with 1,5 cm of depth in fine ground. Do not sow too densely and shade until emergence. Water regularly and weed.
Emergence: in 6 to 8 days in soil at 15°C.
Watering: regular, lamb's lettuce does not support dryness.
Harvesting: harvest by cutting the collar with a knife.
Preservation: good behaviour after the harvest cut.

In the kitchen
