Advice from La Semence Bio®: from the same botanical family as zucchini and some squashes (like spaghetti), the pasta has a denser and more flavorful flesh. Non-runner. From 10 to 30 fruits per plant.
In the kitchen
Pumpkins can be cooked like other squash, but their flesh is denser and more flavorful, with a slight artichoke taste. If you forget them in the garden, they will be very decorative (physiological maturity)!
Rich in pro-vitamin A, vitamin C, antioxidants and source of potassium.
