Soil maintenance: deep, rich and moist soil. No acid soil.
Sowing: 1 cm deep in the nursery, transplant deeply at the 6 leaf stage, 50 cm between plants and rows.

In the kitchen
Cook broccoli raw (grated, sliced or in florets with salt) or cooked (steamed, pan-fried or boiled, but always cooked quickly to preserve its properties). The stem is also eaten after peeling.
Low in calories, it is exceptionally rich in vitamins and minerals, especially when eaten raw.
