Growing Guide
Soil care: deep, rich, moist soil. No acidic soil.
Sowing: 1 cm deep in the nursery, transplant deeply at the 6 leaf stage, 50 cm between plants and rows.
Emergence: in 6 to 9 days in soil at 22°C.
Watering: in dry weather, water in order to keep the soil always fresh.
Harvesting: when the cabbage is well plumped, firm, cut just below the head with a knife.
Preservation: To optimize the conservation of your cabbages, harvest before the complete maturity of healthy cabbages by avoiding shocks.
Origin: cultivated in Europe since the 8th century, it is only in the 11th century that the selection allowed a differentiation between white and red cabbages.
