Prosystemaqua - Controller Plus - PH & EC -3 Pumps

Continuous flow pH / EC controller

Ensures that pH / EC are always at the right value.
Indicates pH / EC values and continuously regulates, for pre-adjustment cis
Controls automatic filling of tanks, recirculation pump and irrigation pump.

Prosystemaqua Control Plus information:

• Works with multiple systems: Hydroponics, aeroponics. Aquarium or vertical flow.
• Pumps are independently controllable: Flow rates from 0 to 4 L/h.
• 2 independent irrigation programs: Irrigation pump and water recirculation pump.
• A heating or cooling system can be connected to control water temperature.
• Automatic water filling triggered by a probe activating the filling solenoid valve.
• The controller is mounted on a methacrylate plate, where the water inlet and recirculation pump outlet can be connected.
• The impurity filter maintains the accuracy of the pH /EC probes.

Operation :

The controller requires configuration before operation

• pH:
  Enter the desired value in the water container.
  Program the pH mode to "down" or "up".
  Perform calibration.
  Adjust the proportional flow rate of the pH pump.
  
  
• EC PUMP:
  Enter the desired EC value in the water container.
  Check temperature compensation, as well as time and air alarms.
  Proceed with calibration.
  Adjust proportional flow for pumps A and b.
  

• Water recirculation:
  Once the water recirculation pump is connected to the controller, program the desired sequences and times.
  
  
• Irrigation system:
  Once the irrigation pump irrigation pump connected to the controller, program the desired sequences and times.
  
  
• Filling system:
  The level sensor is positioned in the water tank.
  
  
• Temperature control:
  Once the cooling or heating system is connected to the controller, set the desired water temperature.

• PH measurement and conductivity:
  The probe allows detection of conductivity and determines the value, transmitting it to the display of each pump.
  
  
• Fertilizer suction and pH control:
  The controllers inject the product into the suction filter, and regulate pH and EC
  
  
• Fertilizer injection:
  Once the EC and pH values have been set in the controller, fertilizer and pH are distributed via the manifold injection valves, adjusting the values in the water container
