Prosystemaqua - Controller Plus - PH & EC -3 Pumps

Continuous flow pH / EC controller

Allows to have a pH / EC always at the right value.
Indicates the pH / EC values and regulates continuously, for a precise adjustment of the water.
Controls the automatic filling of tanks, recirculation pump, irrigation pump.

Information about the Prosystemaqua Control Plus:

• Works with multiple systems: Hydroponics, aeroponics. In aquariums or for vertical flow.
• Pumps are independently controllable: Flow rate from 0 to 4 L/h.
• 2 independent irrigation programs: Irrigation pump and water recirculation pump.
• It is possible to connect a heating or cooling system, for a control of the water temperature.
• Automatic triggering of the water filling, by means of a probe activating the filling electrovalve.
• The controller is held on a methacrylate plate, where the water inlet can be connected, as well as the outlet pipe of the recirculation pump.
• The impurity filter helps to maintain the accuracy of the pH /EC probes.

Operation:

The controller requires configuration before operation

• pH:
  Enter the desired value in the water container.
  Set the pH mode to down or up.
  Proceed with calibration.
  Adjust the proportional flow rate of the Ph pump.
  
  
• EC:
  Enter the desired EC value in the water container.
  Check temperature compensation, time and air alarm.
  Proceed to calibration.
  Adjust the proportional flow rate of pumps A and b.
  

• Water recirculation:
  Once the water recirculation pump is connected to the controller, program the desired sequences and times.
  
  
• Irrigation system:
  Once the pump is irrigation system in connection with the controller, program the desired sequences and times.
  
  
• Filling system:
  The placement of the level probe, is positioned in the water supply
  
  
• Temperature control:
  Once the cooling or heating system is connected to the controller, set the desired water temperature.

• Measurement and conductivity pH:
  The probe allows detection of the conductivity and determines the value and transmits it to the display of each pump.
  
  
• Fertilizer suction and pH regulation:
  The controllers inject the product into the suction filter, and regulate the pH and EC
  
  
• Fertilizer injection:
  Once the EC and pH values are set in the controller, the distribution of fertilizer and pH through the manifold injection valves, adjusts the values in the water container
