The land Or Brun are widely used for garden planting to replace part or all of the soil when the latter is of poor quality. In this, the range of Soils Or Brun range is unique on the market because it combines fertilizer and topsoil to nourish the plants in depth.
The Forestière heather soil is ideal for all acidophilic plants such as hydrangeas, rhododendrons, azaleas or camellias. In other words, plants that need an acidic soil, not tolerating limestone or high pH.
How to use it ?
Forest heather soil Or Brun can be used in pots or in the ground, for planting and repotting. You can also use it for regular maintenance (every 2 years minimum) of acidophilic plant beds.
What is an acid-loving plant ?
A plant is said to be 'acidophilic' when it needs an acidic soil to grow (pH between 4 and 6.5). The best example of this is the heathland plants, which, if not planted in such a soil, will vegetate or get sick.
