N.B.: the plants need a spectrum approaching at most the daylight which must be included between 400 and 700 nm.

The 55 W compact fluorescents fit exactly in this range. There is no unnecessary energy or light; unlike high pressure sodium (HPS) or metal halide (MH) lighting, some of which cannot be absorbed by plants.

This 220 W StarLite system (4 x 55 W) is suitable for all types of plants: medicinal, aromatic, carnivorous, cuttings, mother plants, bonsai, orchids, flowers, fruits, vegetables...

Its weight is very light (2,6 kg) thanks to its aluminium structure.

This horticultural lighting solution gives off very little heat and can be positioned above the plants: between 5 to 10 cm are enough, without risk of burning the plants!

Moreover, it guarantees an optimal reflection due to the structure of its internal reflector, allowing to obtain better results.
