With its 41.74 m² surface area, this spacious wooden garden shed offers all thestorage space you could wish for and even more, as it can be used as a chalet, since it is already semi-inhabitable.
With its size and beautiful finishes, the Lipkide Madeira shelter will add a Nordic touch to any garden.

This nesting shelter in wood 44 mm thick, offers a terrace and a 100 cm roof overhang to keep it dry.

Openings include a double-glazed front door and a double-glazed front window.

Inside, the shelter features 3 single doors with 4 mm pane glass for better insulation. Two tilt-and-turn side windows, including a 99 x 141 cm double window and a 99 x 77.5 cm single window.
At the rear are two 99 x 77.5 cm single tilt-and-turn rear windows, also with 4 mm glass.
The interior is divided into 4 rooms, and the floor is of course included in your LIPKI kit from Madeira.

The spruce door is fitted with a lock and cylinder, the door sills are in aluminum, and there's a planter to brighten up the terrace with a touch of flowers.

The roof is traditional, made of 18 mm battens and covered with shingle.

Our advice:

To optimize the lifespan of your garden shedwe recommend treating it with a fungicide and insecticide before assembly, then staining it (2 coats) with a microporous, water-repellent and UV-resistant stain. Then maintain every 2 years.

Similarly, good foundations will ensure the stability and durability of your shelter. Whatever covering you choose, it's important that the ground is levelled and tamped if necessary.
You can install it on a concrete slab, but it will need to be chamfered by 50mm to prevent rainwater penetration.
